All customers must pay VAT applicable to their area. Please be informed, that you remain responsible for the duties and customs applicable to your country upon receipt of the parcel. 
 
Shipping Information
All items will be shipped according to chosen shipping method. 

We provide a selection of shipping options. Please read through the conditions carefully. local postage / Postnord is not insured, only has very limited tracking and Little Kin Studio is not responsible for any packages lost during shipping. Our DHL option is fully tracked and insured. 
Orders will be processed within 3 to 5 working days following the order. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped.
 
 Buyer is responsible for all international customs/fees. The cost will vary by location, so please research your country’s policy before purchasing. Marking the item as “gift” is not possible and correct value of shipment will be entered.
Once an item has shipped Little Kin Studio is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Little Kin Studio is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, no refund, for this reason, will be made. Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address.

 
Shop Policy
We do our best to photograph but colors can appear differently depending on the screen of your computer.
 
All products are made by hand. Any irregularities are not considered a mistake but are part of the handmade look.
 
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order to discuss a return.

 

Returns

Returned items must be returned to us within 5 days of receiving your item. 

Please email hi@littlekinstudio.com before returning your purchase. 

If an item is returned with prior email or if a buyer fail to return the item within 5 days of delivery a gift certificate can be issued after agreement. 

All gift cards must be used within 2 years.

Returned items must be in the condition of sale and in original packaging.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns lost in shipping or damaged will not be refunded, so please pack your item carefully.
Please provide us with a tracking number.
Please include your name and order number within the packaging so we know who to refund.
Refunds will be issued back onto the original method of payment.
Returns are not accepted on custom orders.
Little Kin Studio is not responsible for any taxes or fees incurred when the package is returned to us.

Returns with unpaid customs charges, shipping costs or any additional fees will not be accepted.

Returns from outside EU might be subject to additional fees such as custom procedures and/or taxes. We cannot control or predict these charges, and it is the client's responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. Only once the parcel has been cleared, it will reach us. Prior to that, we have no say in whether we accept or reject a return parcel.

In general, we cannot cancel orders. If we do make an exception, due to reasons aside from the customer please notice the cancellation fee.

Please notice an 11 dollar cancellation fee per item which will be deducted from the returned amount. 

 
Handling and care  
All dolls and other handmade items should be handled with care. Avoid rough play. Spot clean as needed with a washcloth and only use wool-friendly soap.
